Lauren Healey
Instructional Designer
Fifteen years in the L&D space has helped me understand how people learn, how they develop and how technology can enhance their experience. Employing an array of differing learning design techniques that best suit the stakeholders request helps ensure that every interaction is of the highest quality and encourages people to engage and succeed with learning.

Rise 360
Working in Rise really helped me to develop my skill-set. I enjoyed designing and creating these courses that served as online content / learning support on it's own or as part of classroom delivery.

Content Creation
Guidebook and handouts are a great addition to workshops. Designing these virtual content eBooklets for my customers has been a real treat.
They are a way for your colleagues / customers to dive back into the content without having to go back through the course.

Animation
Whether it’s advertising a course or bringing some learning to life – I believe animation can really help engage any audience. Utilising Vyond’s accessible and engaging material really adds flavour to any course and can give a learners a moment to process information in a alternative way. I usually do my own voice overs but am happy sourcing an alternative voice if required.
